Protection against the hazards of the road
Your tires can be damaged by potholes, pieces of glass, stones, nails or other debris in the road. We give you peace of mind for just 11.99 $ + taxes per tire for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase of your tires. For any tire 19 inches or less * that has suffered damage that cannot be repaired by a specialist (ex: split tire, burst tire, tread torn off, etc.), we will give you a credit for the price paid during the purchase less the percentage of tire wear **. Only 20 fee $ + taxes will be billed to you for the return transport of the tire. You can therefore recover the value of your tire at the time of the breakage to replace it. Our road hazard protection covers this damage no matter where you go.
* This protection is not valid on tires of 19 inches and larger, on runflat tires and light truck tires marked LT.
** The tire wear percentage is evaluated by one of our professionals in our warehouse. Once this evaluation is completed, we will contact you by email to tell you the value of your credit that will be applicable on the replacement of your tire.
How do you include protection in your purchase?
Only tell our advisor that you want to protect your tires against any accident on the road. The amount of 11.99 $ before taxes per tire will then be added to your bill. Then you just have to complete the transaction. It is important to keep your invoice for a possible complaint.
Blanket
You get protection on all p-metric passenger and light truck tires, that is, all those with the size code.
Conditions and exclusions
No claim will be accepted without the original purchase invoice. This policy only covers tire replacement. Installation, balancing and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. The warranty does not apply under the following conditions : vandalism, inadequate inflation, improper application, neglect, overloading, poor mechanical condition of the vehicle, etc. The warranty does not apply in a situation where a tire with more than 10% wear has become unusable as a result of a mechanical defect in the vehicle, such as, for example, a lack of parallelism or balancing leading to irregular or rapid tire wear. If the tire is at 4/32 wear or less, the tire will be considered finished and the warranty does not apply.
